Ive been into Taunton branch twice to change name on my accounts and cards, even saw branch manager on second occasion, still havent got a new card with the right name on it 4 months later. Tried ringing the branch, no answer after 10 Minutes. Appalling service and Ive banked with the Halifax all my life. Please can someone sort this out for me. I work full time and cannot just pop into branch. This should have been sorted on my first visit. I have an account with NatWest also. They managed it! Very frustrated Wendy Welch
