        Very helpful and friendly bank. Please keep this TSB branch. Staff are swift and efficient and generally easy going. Plenty of hand sanitiser and always comfortable. Sadly lying to customers about this branch staying open, wont be closing is an absolute disgrace. Down graded to 2 stars.

        Excellent. Always helpful and friendly, you can even telephone the branch. I have never regretted being moved from Lloyds. The service is how it used to be 30 or 40 years ago.

        Closed my @TSB account and now I cant get a mortage, credit card or even overdraft because they have destroyed my credit rating by saying I owe them a fictitious 145!! Fuming!!
