Absolutely horrendous waiting time, shocking to be honest. Especially when we had a very personal appointment. Was there 10 minutes earlier didnt get seen till an hour after our scheduled appointment. Certain appointments deserve to be honoured to the time theyve been set. FIX UP! Horrendous experience

Was booked in for a 12:00 appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. It was 2:00 when we were eventually seen to. A follow-up appointment was booked for 4:20 on the same day and it was well over an hour of more waiting before being seen to. No justification or explanation for the ludicrously long waits. Why give an appointment time if there is absolutely no hope of honouring it? Dreadful experience.

I have been to the clinic twice with a friend. Once for treatment and once for follow-up. The medical staff are all very nice and friendly. However the reception staff would probably benefit from better sensitivity training as they can be a little curt, verging on rude, with people sometimes, and given the sensitive nature of the clinic this ought to be addressed. The waiting times are quite long, but were nothing more than any other NHS service. Id suggest asking how long until you are to be seen at the reception, perhaps? There are free drinks in the waiting room and lots of reading materials to pass the time.
