I was new to yoga and needed to do something to get me moving and stretching as I was feeling stiff, achey & tense. My doctor suggested I try Yoga classes. Its the best thing I have done! Zoes classes are easy to follow and understand as she explains her techniques, their effects and shows us how to do the poses, stretches, balances & breathing. It really is for all ages, abilities and is fun. The classes have helped me feel much better physically & learning how to let go of tension and relax fully is such a great experience. I have also just completed a Yoga for the menopause course with Zoe, this was held over 5 weeks. It was nice to have the opportunity to share within a small group our experiences. Zoe explained the causes and affects of the menopause, teaching us what can make symptoms worse or better. We practiced different yoga poses that targeted & eased symptoms. It was a good experience and we all agreed we felt so much more positive after attending the course.

A great menopause workshop with Zoe, with a really good mix of exercises, breathing, stretches and very useful background info on hormones and some scientific findings all around menopause. Would highly recommend!

Zos one-to-one yoga therapy service has been the most wonderful find for me after my osteopath sternly advised me to take up yoga. As a complete beginner I didnt know what kind of yoga or type of class I needed. Having some one-to-one sessions with Zo has been the perfect answer. She listened to my particular health issues and devised a programme of stretches and poses specifically to address them. She is a kind and very gifted teacher, able to explain clearly and simply what one should do and why it helps. She makes it fun and interesting as well as unintimidating. I feel so much better already and have quickly progressed from complete ignorance to feeling that yoga is an indispensable discipline for a healthy life. I wholeheartedly recommend her one-on-one service.
