Recently switched to Able working dog food & our dog loves it. He gets so excited when it is dinner time! The meal size portions are really handy. Delivery always on time and still well frozen - highly recommended.

The food is amazing and my pup loves it. I'd go as far as saying that it is one of the best quality foods available in the UK market. Well packaged and with little plastic waste. Company website suggests that they are looking into removing non-recyclable plastic from the equation altogether which is great news. The customer service is helpful but you usually get an email reply next day and calls tend to go to voicemail. That aside, the food is 5 star!

Started off great. I always ordered non chunky for my two small Jack Russells. This last order has been appalling. Massive chunks in some packs over 2 square of pure gristle and small extremely sharp bones. My dogs cannot manage it and I resorted to sifting through it to find bits they could eat. Customer service is basically non existent despite emailing them.

My dog is a very fussy eater and goes off her food very quickly. This is the one brand of food that she will reliably eat. Ive noticed her poos are a lot less runny, she has a lot less wind (shes a frenchie so this can be a big issue) and she seems happy and healthy. The only annoying thing is that in order to change your food subscription details you have to manually go into your account and change all the orders that make up your subscription, but apart from that Im happy with the company and will continue to feed my dog Able.

The food itself was great, really can't fault it. The problem came when there was an issue with my subscription. I was sent 1 days worth of food because they've somehow messed up my subscription and then when I called their "helpline" I got voicemail, 6 TIMES over the course of a day, left 2 voicemails at 10:30am and 3:45pm, and have heard absolutely nothing back. I haven't been able to speak to someone about it at all. So now I've had to rush out to get supermarket dog food, something I've only just been able to wean my dog off, just so I have something to give her. Overall really disappointed with the service I've received.
