Collection of a missed delivery by UPS. I was dealt with efficiently by a pleasant lady.

The Lady was less than helpful. Said put the label anywhere on the parcel however where it was put was immediately followed up with a sigh. Overall just a bit rude.

Very poor customer service: I went to collect a UPS delivery, the lady INCORRECTLY told me she couldn't give me the package because there was no "tracking number" on the ticket UPS put through my letter box at the time of attempted delivery; she WRONGLY advised I needed to show her an email from UPS with the tracking number on it; I couldn't because there was no such email! All the lady needed to do was scan the QR code on the UPS ticket I'd already given her; this would have taken less than 5 seconds! After a few minutes I finally figured this out myself, and the lady eventually handed over the parcel. My collection should have taken seconds, but due to this ladies laziness and unwillingness to do her job properly it turned into a negative experience lasting several minutes; I hope the lady is more helpful towards future customers.
