        The information and service in the shop was first class. The personnel who fitted the new machine were unfortunately not of the same calibre - one of them was surly and I felt uncomfortable having him in the house.

        Excellent "all round" service. They supplied me with a new fridge/freezer, unfortunately the first one seemed to have an annoying hum. One email, and it was replaced straight away, without any grief. Very happy with the replacement. Would happily shop with RSM again. Many thanks.
