Signed up for a 6 week course of baby yoga after having a C Section. Absolutely loved the first class and look forward to continuing. The people in class were very welcoming as was the instructor Fliss. Would highly recommend.

I first joined Flisss pregnancy yoga class and found her calm, positive manner a joy to be around and looked forward to every week! Once baby was on the outside we then did her baby yoga class where I met some really lovely ladies and their babiesI only stopped going because we moved out of the area! Miss her informative, friendly, relaxing classes!!! Thank you SO much Fliss xxx

Sessions with Fliss are absolutely wonderful. She is extremely knowledgable and a really warm, nurturing teacher/facilitator. I was hooked after my first session and feel really lucky to have her nearby. i couldnt recommend her classes more highly :)

Really love the Baby Massage class. Lovely chilled out atmosphere- great chance to bond with my little girl and hang out with other parents. Lots of thoughtful touches like lovely toy bags for the babies and refreshments for parents. Fliss is a great teacher and it's easy to take the techniques learnt into your day to day with your little one/
