We are landlords, and have used ECL Lettings for several years. We have a portfolio of BTL properties within Crewe, Nantwich and Tarporley areas. I cant speak highly of the team at ECL. Professional, helpful and approachable. They are unique compared to other agents as they specialise in lettings and have that personal relationship that other agents seem to lack. Were also in direct contact with our tenants, and they have all echoed the same sentiments too about the team at ECL Lettings.

From Emma herself and throughout the whole team there is a personable, professional and very friendly approach to everything they do. The team helped us secure our first property in the UK since returning from Portugal after 10 years living there. A great service and an effective and efficient business whose staff take pride in what they do. We will definitely use them again.

Called enquiring about a rental property however the minute a informed I had a pet they were completely uninterested. I completely understand that that property/ landlord might not except pets but when I asked if they had any others it was a quick and abrupt NO. I explained I could be flexible on budget, type of property and location but it was again we dont have anything for you. In my opinion they could have simply said that landlord wont allow pets however let us add you to a mailing list or look at what else we have that might be suitable. Throughout I wasnt asked what my pet was could have been a goldfish before they know and wasnt even asked about my situation.
