        Stopped at clacker lane McDonalds like many people do, never have I been so disappointed with the service we received, not only was the service slow but we were served by a member of staff that wore a badge saying crew trainer. He was the most rudest arrogant person Ive had the unpleasant chance to meet, not only was he rude and shouty but there was never once a please or Thankyou. If I owned that franchise I would sack him without a heartbeat. Truly disgusting @mcdonalds

        As mentioned in so Manny of the statements left by so many others, such a shame this used to be a grate little service area to stop at whilst on travels home. Sadly as seen in the pictures food areas filthy staff shouting and getting orders wrong. Food so cold you might as well say it was taken out of the fridge. Toilets that are more disgusting then an abandoned house. Roads that have more pots holes the the moon's surface. Standards need to improve for this too even come close to where it used to be all them years ago.
