If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible service! Staff leave feces covered bedding in my mom's room on the floor repeatedly. After several polite notes, amd phone calls, they now leave the dirty bedding in the kitchen ! They have flooded my downstairs toilet tipping mom's dirty wash water on the floor when trying to get it in the toilet?! Some tip dirty wash water down the kitchen sink! They are very dirty as carers. Dirty dishes left all round my mom. I spend my days cleaning up after care has been! I am unable to return to work as care standards are so bad I dare not leave mom. When I call to complain I get a brain dead sounding lady who just reads to me about contacts? They think it's fine to leave a cancer and stoma patient 13 hours over night. Service is disgusting and the most uncaring I have experienced.

Burton branch. My mom and I stayed with my nan the whole time due to the huuuge gap of hours between the half hour calls and to assist my nan overnight. The carers came for 6weeks and helped with tasks nan couldnt do alone. Overall, the majority of the carers my nan had come in were absolutely lovely!! Although I think at one point two new carers were put together, which wasnt the best. If your care package is similar to nans, once youre discharged from hospital you will have them for 6 weeks 4 times a day. Then it will go from 4 times to 3 times to 2 times across those 6 weeks, and for us after that nan was pretty self sufficient so they called and asked if nan still needed them and we confirmed she didnt, so it stopped. Carers Leah, Michelle, Rachel, Katie, Stacey, steph Chloe and Bev were ones my nan really took too, they went above and beyond their role in my opinion to care for my nan with tasks she couldnt do, but also showed genuine kindness and compassion, towards nan and my mom and I. They would often give my mom and I advice and offer reassurance while we cared for Nan between their calls, telling us nan was lucky to have us. Like most care agencies you havent a clue when they will show up, but some of them kindly gave us rough times (which of course could change). I do feel for the carers though as often they have 30 odd calls per day which doesnt seem fair at all, on the carers or patients. Yet most carers still come in, smiling and showing warmth to their patients. All patient notes are virtual so if it looks like theyre stood on their phones they ARE working, theyre just making notes!! Although, Somewhere in their notes they did have two different dates of birth for my nan so Id recommend the company double check stuff like that in future because as much as my nan would love people to think shes in her 70s she is in fact in her 80s!

Well here I am sat waiting for my morning carer and its already after 11.10. Such poor service, the carers are lovely but are given too many calls to make . This company needs to review its system, cos its certainly not working, nor is it proving the service they are being paid for.

Carers are doing their best. Visiting times are totally random, no notes about what care is required, no visit or assessment like it says on the website, people on the phone if you get through are not really bothered. Only using them because we are stuck st the minute.
