Clothesmaid Limited

I recently ordered the Popular airer with two brackets (such a clever solution as I otherwise would not have been able to install the airer in our concrete ceiling). It's now installed and I'm so pleased with the result and the quality. Jonathan was super helpful throughout, answering all my questions.

Dangerous clothes prop. Fell on top of me whilst hanging washing. Too heavy and clunky with 3 pieces of timber. Total overkill. I have been left with with a nasty injury. Could have broken my arm. Ridiculous product.

I dont often write reviews but thought I should share my experience with Clothesmaid. I ordered a ceiling pulley. The website was clear about what was included and I ordered an extra double pulley and a long rope. The checkout was easy. The items were delivered in approximately 7 days and I received emails about dispatch and delivery date. The reason for writing this review is due to the fact that both cast iron frames were broken when I opened the box. I think somewhere in the delivery chain the box must have been dropped. I emailed Charlotte (the name on the dispatch email) at 7pm on a Thursday evening with pictures of the broken frames. Within a few minutes she had replied and confirmed replacement frames would be sent out. I received them the following Monday. It was unfortunate that the items were broken but the company Clothesmaid dealt with the problem promptly and efficiently. Many thanks to Charlotte.

Excellent and helpful sales team. Very pleased with our new Clothesmaid rack. Fitted very easily with the instructions supplied.
