Very happy with the installation of the solar panel system and the battery. The process was very clear from the beginning to the end: explanation of how it works, setting up the expectations, and the explanation of the set-up. It was also very easy to reach the Solar Project team as well. Installation went also very smoothly. We needed to set up the scaffolding on both sides of the building. The independent scaffolding team set up the scaffolding on the one side only, so we were left a bit stressed if the installation would be done on time. The Project Solar made the scaffolding team to appear early in the morning next day and finish the scaffolding right on time. Installation went very smoothly as well with the team working very professionally, rather cleanly. Our main electricity connection is unfortunately inside the house, and the Project Solar team did their best to hide the wires very nicely following the regulations. The panels themselves seem to be of the top market quality with very good performance in less sunny weather, and minimal loss in efficiency from aging.

From start to finish i couldn't ask for better service, from very detailed phone call where i was told every possible detail regarding installation technology and process of installation through meeting with a representative who told us everything in detail, checked our house showed us projections of what we chose, was honest and straight forward, no BS, no pushing and gave us plenty of time to decide, ending with quick scaffolding setup on Friday and Saturday 3 hour panel installation on Monday and scaffolding down on Tuesday. what about paperwork? everything sent over to my email and all done within 3 days after installation was done so SEG application was sorted on Thursday. all in all Phone call 6th of April - SEG application done 27th April.

How to lose a guaranteed sale in 1 easy phone call. A friend had used Project Solar and recommended them, despite multiple issues he'd had post installation. I received a call back and after outlining I was married they refused to attend without both my partner and me present even though we work opposite shifts. Eventually after much debate I was told this was because they only do 1 free site visit (I don't want any more) they then agreed with much reluctance to attend. Then having told me there were appointments within 24 hrs they then said they had all gone (within 60 seconds of saying they were free) and refused to give me a date 4 days away (company policy apparently they only give appointments within the next 3 days and after tomorrow i wasn't available till Friday) and didn't even offer me a call back to organise it tomorrow. Truly shockingly bad call centre and appalling customer service. A guaranteed sale lost through totally rank bad service. Don't use them. I will be taking my business elsewhere
