Fantastic local post office with the kindest staff. Brilliant customer service and have really convenient items that you'd expect in any local shop!

The lady owner told my 86 year old mum she is not to go in the store any more and to pay for her papers over the phone in case she falls and they get sued by the family. She then proceeded to tell her, in a loud voice in front of all the customers, how much was in her post office account pension. Mum didn't want to cause a fuss because the man who runs the shop is always nice to her.

I really do not care for the lady owners attitude,I brought two packages that I had already paid for via ebay's shutl system however the Indian lady was insisting that the one package was a small parcel and to large for the large letter rate??? What she had not realised was that I have a postal template that I use to gauge the size prior to going to the post office.....The reason why the bad feedback ? Very simple she was trying to exploit more money from me when she should be providing an honest service !
