    Amazing, few years back James helped me achieve a goal I never thought I would do but I got there. When he moved away I struggled to find anything that suited me to carry so I got back in touch and now I'm doing a food and diet plan where he send me all I need so i can can go the gym knowing what to do. He fantastic at keeping checks on what I'm doing and always there if I'm struggling. Now I'm looking forward to achieving my goal again x

    When I started training with James I was bigger than I had ever been and was totally fed up with myself. My goal was to lose weight and tone up. I found myself replying to an advert for a 4 week fitness trial which was how I met James. To say I was apprehensive the first time I walked through the gym doors is an understatement - I very nearly turned around to go home. James soon put me at ease with his professional and friendly manner and I decided to go ahead with the trial. Even I could commit to 4 weeks. At the first session I felt way out of my comfort zone, but there was nothing to worry about James was there to support and guide me through the session, and everybody was really friendly. Using kettlebells and bodyweight exercises my fitness soon improved. I also received lots of advice about nutrition. At the end of the 4 week trial I continued to train with James and I am now fitter and slimmer having lost 2 1/2 stone and dropped 2-3 dress sizes - goal achieved! The added bonus is, I have more body confidence and enjoy wearing bright colours instead of hiding away in black. Sessions with James are fun and lively, he is patient, dedicated and motivating, I can highly recommend him!
