I was pressing to purchase a particular Church for conversion and approached Pet for advice. She pointed out two specific reasons why permission to convert to residential would be rejected. In this instance they could not be overcome and I reluctantly accepted her advice. Subsequent circumstances have shown that she was 100% correct and I was saved at least a year of fighting with town planning and neighbours as well as substantial losses should I have gone ahead. I strongly recommend her to any prospective clients.

We couldnt rate Planning Angel anymore highly. They submitted an appeal to the Secretary of State as CWAC had rejected our application to render and clad our house. We didnt realise we had such a short time to submit the application and only contacted Planning Angel with a few days left. They worked over the weekend to get our report submitted and the report was fantastic, really clear and thorough. We thought the appeal might not go through as cladding was new to our area however our appeal has been upheld and the cladding and render now approved and we have no doubt this is due to the excellent report and case made by Planning Angel and we couldnt be more grateful. We would thoroughly recommend Planning Angel and wouldnt think twice to use them again if ever needed
