    A fab fitness class for new mums close to Wimborne. A great way to make new friends and regain strength after pregnancy and child birth. Emma also does great pilates classes for keeping up core strength long term. Highly recommend!

    I have been going to Emma consistently post birth when I was looking for a class that could get me back to fitness after birth, and understood all that came with. I'm now a year and a half in and still don't want to leave. She's a natural instructor who explains the moves but in easy to understand language. She also creates a fun listening atmosphere for us all to unwind from busy family life. I would definitely recommend her for any pre or post natal support.

    I have been training with Emma since my daughter was three months old. I started with doing 1:1s then joined her forever post natal fitness class on a Monday and followed this up with some Mum and Baby fitness on a Wednesday. Emma is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming and has helped me lose weight, feel stronger, fitter and more confident than I ever have before. Definitely worth it!

    I first found Emma when looking for a pregnancy fitness class. I joined her pregnancy fitness and really enjoyed it, she worked us hard but it always made me feel great and helped me stay fit through out my pregnancy. She would also answer any pregnancy/birth related questions we had which was great. She is very knowledgeable and I always felt so calm and prepared after her classes. I then decided to sign up for her 1-1 hypnobirthing with my husband. We both really enjoyed her sessions and learnt a lot. She was great at explaining things in different ways. Although my birth did not go to plan, I used everything I had learnt which definitely helped. I now do Emmas mum and baby fitness class which is also great. Again, she works us hard but will adapt things to suit your needs and its easy to go at your own pace. Thank you Emma

I see Emma weekly for a PT session, and the sessions are well matched to my ability but challenge me every week.
