Unprofessional and dangerous experience - would definitely not recommend - essentially abandoned by this company for 4 hours by the side of the road. Pick a different recovery service

Told AA we refused roadside recovery which wasn't the case, they didn't bother to find us for four hours. Awful service. Sort your business out.

I have read the reviews and I totally understand . But those complaining probably dont have a clue what actually is going on behind the scenes . They get calls privately , they are used by the AA and also the police use them in emergencies . Your call might go in but at the same time two for horrible accidents or people broken down in unsafe places ! Your recovery driver has no clue ! He gets the order he goes and he will help you politely and efficiently . Dont have a go at your rescuer ! He is doing his best as fast as he can . No I dont work for Ashley wood or have any association! But I talked at length to our hero rescuer and I realized that people are very quick to judge in stressful conditions . Ask your recovery driver ! Talk to him , perhaps he was late because he just recovered a fatal?!? Dont write negative feedback unless you have the full facts and were genuinely let down !!! Yes we waited a long time ! But I totally understand the procedure that occurred and frankly Im impressed in the circumstances . So when your rescuer arrives give him a smile . Service: Transmission
