I contacted Dorset Pianos when my daughter needed a new piano. She loved being able to try each one within our price range without feeling like she was being pressured by a salesman. Each piano comes with a free warranty subject to 2 piano tunings a year. Delivery was quick and the old piano was taken away without me needing to move it outside. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new piano or piano tuning.

The whole process of buying a piano from Nigel at Dorset Pianos was very easy from start to finish. He was quick to respond to my first emails and within a few days, at a date and time to suit me, I was able to go and try as many pianos as I wanted to. He stayed out of sight, as I was nervous about playing in front of anyone but was on hand to answer my many questions! He is very approachable, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy and I did not feel like I was taking too long to come to a decision. Nigel then arranged a delivery at a time to suit me and the delivery guys did a fantastic job. Very professional from start to finish and I could not be happier with my purchase and the after sale support looks great too. I would definitely recommend Dorset Pianos.

Nigel gave us some very useful advice in helping to select a piano. The delivery service was good and we are pleased with our choice. We would recommend visiting his showroom if you are considering a purchase.
