If I could give zero score I would! Called for a diabetic eye check as per a letter from NHS and spoken to in a curt and derogatory manner. I can only assume its because they wont make any money from me! Needless to say I wont be approaching them for any future eye tests !

I was very impressed with the facility and staff at the Tarporley branch. It's well run very friendly and a very personable optician. They have all the equipment to check your eyes including diabetic screening. The advice is first class and I can't fault them in any way. Highly recommend them if your in the south Cheshire area. Covid distancing is strictly adhered to without it being obtrusive.

I had a fall broke my glasses and rang Sharon amazing is an understatement, I walked out in glasses I could use within the hour , I was then made an appointment for the following day all In a Covid safe environment. I cant thank you enough Sharon first class x

Excellent customer service. I popped in to get my glasses repaired (bought from elsewhere) and was treated to an excellent repair job completely free of charge. Thank you! I know where to go for my next set of frames!
