        Amazing service, called to get some assistance with a heating problem. Turns out it was an easy fix so Paul talked me through it over the phone rather than coming out and charging me. Definitely would recommend and use again.

        Had an issue with installing a downstairs toilet and basin. Found Paul Rothwell on google, phoned at around 12.30, 2 very pleasant plumbers turned up an hour or so later, and our new toilet and basin was fitted by the end of the day - a good efficient job - and they didn't eat all my choccy digestives! Thanks very much Robin
