They went out of their way to make sure we got a new boiler when our old one final stopped on the coldest days of the year. Excellent value and service. Brand new boiler fitted 8 years ago. Condensate flue always leaked. Boiler leaking water after 3 years. Asked them to repair it several times, they tried but failed. Mistral boiler fitted, not bad, not great. Boiler now completely corroded from condensate. It had been depositing waste flue effluent since installation. Disappointing. Flue totally unacceptable. Our fault we should have complained even more over the years. In fairness to us we got it serviced each year. Leaks never addressed not was flue. That's poor service and has led to untimely demise of an expensive boiler. Avoid. Service: Water heater installation
