Placed a large order for delivery via justeat at 19:20 with notification that the order will be with us between 20:20 to 20:40. Got a text at 20:50 saying it's on its way. Delivery driver turned up at 21:30 only to find 4 items ordered was missing. Tried calling but shop was shut from 21:00. Not the evening we expected with guests.

Generous portions. The fish loves chips but not the Batter. I'd go for everything here except for anything Battered. Soft and soggy batter. Only live around the corner so not like it was sweaty either. Expected better to be honest

Ordered through Just Eat for 2 people. Turned up 3 HOURS LATE. They stopped taking orders on the app and we rang several times to see if it was even still coming. They didn't answer the phone so after 2 and a half hours we tried to cancel the order and found we couldn't ,as they told the app it was 'on the way' 1 hour in (which it clearly wasn't) so we requested a part refund through app - which they refused despite their shocking service and not even telling us what was happening. When it eventually turned up, it was horrible. We ordered the chinese which they clearly don't know how to make and should take off the menu. Ordered sweet and sour chicken, a pretty standard chinese dish or so I thought. They used chicken balls instead of cantonese breadcrumb pieces (like literally every other takeaway does) and the sauce was Guinness world record horrible - I didn't even know it was possible to make a bad sweet and sour sauce but there's tasted like tizer mixed with ginger. If i knew it was going to be that bad Id've gone down to the shop and got some Uncle Bens. It wasn't even cheap, this is one of the more expensive menus on Just Eat in our area and it is also one of the worst. I can't speak for the traditional english fish and chips but if you want a 3 hour wait and would like to try a spectacularly naff chinese food, this is the place for you
