I have thought hard about leaving this negative review but been encouraged by others as caused so much distress. Scott was all smiles and very charming to begin with and completed the job. If it was drizzling with spots of rain wouldnt turn up on site. His tradesmen eg plasterers, electricians have botched the whole job up and Scott himself left our driveway with massive holes with pipes sticking out. He left all his leftover building materials on the footpath outside our home for months after the job was finished which caused or neighbours and dog walkers to complain. When he said he would clear it was a botched job and still have sand and bags of cement I store inside. He has misaligned a steel which was constructed but this was a complete disaster according to kitchen fitters who could not line my kitchen work surfaces properly. He did not inform me the plasterers boarded the walls where my kitchen units should now hang but are still in boxes. Mostly I kindly asked him to take down photos he had taken of the work on my house without permission and did not do. He is cocky, arrogant and very patronising who struts about with a smirk on his face constantly.
