I have gone here a few times with bags full of clothes etc. and every time, they are always helpful and appreciative. One persons rubbish is another persons treasure and I truly believe that. Thank you for the good you do.

Really disappointed as I have been using this facility since they opened. All of a sudden the staff seem to forget they are paying 40p a kilo for pre loved items. I took a bag down recently and they refused a brand new coat as it had a 'stain' on it, it was a small amount of sun discolouration. They refused a pair of kurt geiger trainers because they were 'dirty', they were white and had been worn but had loads of life left on them. I had a brand new pair of heels which ad a black scuff mark on them, again refused! I understand they send to less fortunate people but I am pretty sure all 3 items (plus more refused for ridiculous reasons) would have been appreciated. Instead they have now gone in to landfill. Either the staff can't be bothered to work so refuse the majority of the stock or they need to change the advertising to only new items accepted. I will now find another cash 4 clothes as this one really doesn't make it worthwhile trying to help others which is a shame.
