        This developer in general builds a good home But there customer care after you have parted with your money is very poor They always try to remove themselves From the problem you may have Or blame the contractor or the customer There are many areas on the complex That are a mess and need attention But when you raise these issues it always falls on deaf ears Would I buy another Berkeley home Again Definitely not.         We live nearby and it's always been a lovely area but this is just about the first time that a new development has actually IMPROVED the general environment. The architects and designers should win awards for it - simply magnificent!
