We visited in the summer for Umberslade by Night and it was a real highlight of the year for my children. Beautiful surroundings, and the best adventure playground imaginable. They loved the freedom to run around and play on the ziplines in the dark! There was a great display from a fire eater, and the kids enjoyed the mini disco. It was nice to finish the evening with a hot chocolate around the fire.

Spent two nights Hammock camping. Tent Pitch sizes are large. Take everything with you that you will need. A developing venue it is not wild camping but you need to cater for your comfort and enjoyment. Plan your days by getting out and about in the surrounding countryside. You are not trapped into the site. If you are young and fit enough enjoy the facilities on site or next door at the paint balling. Loved what has been done so far by the owners. It is close to home so not a problem if you forget something or you want to get somebody else to cook. It is a great venue one which once discovered by the masses will be hard to get spaces for. I look forward to visiting again.
