In July 2022 had a problem with the Rattan on the arm of each chair so I emailed TGFC as had a 3 year guarantee with the furniture.
Within days of contacting Rich we were offered a full refund or credit towards any other garden furniture if we desired.
Decided to purchase more furniture from TGFC as had excellent service from Richard.
5 star ***** company.
