Galene Hypnotherapy

Had my first weightloss session with Alison last night. The time flew! Following the session I felt very relaxed and at peace. Today I am nowhere near as hungry as I usually am, I am drinking more water without having to force myself and I feel well and positive. I have received the consolidation recording and will settle down to listen to that when I get home. Its all rather exciting and extremely positive. Thank you.

Just go for it, you deserve this lifeline. I felt like things would never get better, until Allison gave me hope again. I have suffered from anxiety and depression for 15 years, with medications only partially controlling it and failed therapy sessions. Covid tipped me over the edge with my health anxiety, it was ruining my life aswell as my 4 year old daughter's. We were housebound. On my 30th birthday I took the decision to finally try clinical hypnotherapy and it is genuinely one of the best decisions I have ever made. Allison has gone above and beyond to make sure she could give me the most appropriate treatment for my issues which have been more complex than originally realised. This time of year has always been a bad time, filled with illness and anxiety but Allison has restored my ability to live in the moment; and given me the tools to cope with my fears. After 12 sessions I feel so much stronger and balanced, and I look forward to joining the weight loss hypnotherapy in the new year and any other periods that may need focus. She has a client for life.
