        I needed to post my passport to London. Requested tracked delivery and was charged around 2. When I was passed the receipt I asked for the tracking details. After a bit of computer button punching I was told it wasn't possible to send a letter recorded. Quite obviously this isn't true, so I asked for a refund. I was then told that wasn't possible either. So 2 poorer I went to Eastergate Post Office who had my envelope on it's way in minutes. Unfortunately I felt I had to post this review as this isn't my first example of unknowledgeable service at my local PO, which I would like to support.

        The last 3 times I have tried to use this post office it's been shut even though their website states its open. Very inconvenient.

        Always closed, newly opened and never opened what was the point spending all the money on the refurb?? The post office should be open all the hours of the shop otherwise there's no point it being here in this village.
