Very personal service, thoughtful and caring team. They gave me time to say goodbye, nothing rushed but still professional. Delighted with the cat nose print and the fur cuttings in a small bottle that was very special, as was my boy Billy.

Words can't actually explain the peace and kindness and love they showed to my beloved Nettle and the comfort that Lisa brought to us at such a sad time. Lisa just understood. She just 'got it'. We came away feeling settled in our hearts that Nettle our cat of 17.5 years cat wasn't making her final journey alone. She had Lisa to hold her paw. I collected her ashes the next day and the presentation was so beautiful, personal and so much care and attention had gone into representing Nettle and it made all the difference to us. Thankyou doesn't seem enough.

Absolutely beautiful service such warm, Lovely and incredibly caring people behind this business. They really do sofen a heartbreaking situation I would highly recommend them to anyone going through a time like this. Thankyou so much to everyone involved

Very helpful from when I first called as our cat of 16 years passed away. They were very compassionate from the time dropping our cat off, giving us time with her in a separate room. We felt comforted knowing she was in good hands. Came back the following day to pick up ashes and paw print. Excellent service.
