        The practice nurse was waiting for us, so my appointment was 10 minutes earlier starting, she explained everything involved, completely put you at ease,very welcoming, the procedure was talked through, I would definitely recommend" just ears ", would use again if and when necessary, so excellent care is given 5 stars
