Poor poor service Everything is hard work it seems The receptionist Caz obviously thinks she is a medical professional and just directed myself to the pharmacy!!!! Great help!!!! Pals complaint on its way!!!

Excellent experience every time I get in touch with them. Receptionists and doctors are friendly, helpful and caring. The phone is always picked up quickly and the centre itself is clean, pleasant and lots of parking. Appointments are also on time. Moved here from another local GP surgery and so glad that I did. Thank you everyone at Tangmere Medical Centre!

After just moving here, my son wasn't signed up yet but on Monday he really needed to see a doctor, an appointment was made for the same day and to fill application form on arrival, The doctor almost instantly suspected Strep A and prescribed the correct antibiotics whilst we waited for swab results to come back from the hospital she also made an appointment to see him 2 days later to check him, today had a call to say he was positive for Strep A. Absolutely fantastic service by the doctors and happy to not be fobbed off with "it's probably viral" the quick and accurate diagnosis potentionally stopped this infection progressing. Best doctors we have ever been registered at. Thank you
