Its a lesson on how to destroy a wonderful store in one move. The recently refurbished store is dreadful. Too much in there. The aisles are too narrow for two people to pass through with queuing to pay up one of the aisles which also happens to be the cold aisle !!. Adding a post counter for the same queue is crazy. Having shopped at the previous wonderful shop I wont bother again and will go to sainsburys instead. Its just awful.
