Minster Bridal Couture

I got married last year and didn't end up buying a dress from here just because I found the one else where but I did go and try them on and I found myself reminiscing this morning about how lovely the team were and what a lovely experience it was!

Minster was the shop I was most looking forward to going to but was slightly underwhelmed by my experience. No personal questions about what type of wedding I was having, briefly covered what styles I liked and they only had 2 options, only 6 dresses were allowed to be tried on all picked by them and felt like any questions the 2 people I brought along asked were a bother. It was very rushed and the quality of dresses didnt seem as nice as other shops I had been too. However the girls were nice enough to chat to and their Instagram looks awesome just didnt feel it fitted with the shop and the same level of service compared to other shops I had been to.

The ladies at minster bridal in tangmere are amazing. I thought I knew what I wanted and didn't want when I got there but all the things I thought I didn't want I came out with. I felt amazing in my dress, the girls are so supportive and honest. I couldn't thank you all enough for making my day as amazing as it was. Without your help I wouldn't have found the dress of my dreams. Thank you so much I will continue to recommend you all to everyone I know. Thank you again

Firstly, If you're starting your dress journey start here. Vast number of dresses to choose from in various sizes and they give you a decent amount of time to try things on. I also wanted to say how outstanding the customer experience has been here. Although I've chosen a dress elsewhere, the staff here made me feel like I was in good hands from the moment I entered (I've been to a couple locally who were quite the opposite.) they have been so helpful and all round lovely. Minster Bridal are absolutely excellent and I honestly could not recommend them enough! I reside in Australia and returned home for my wedding, I initially bought a wedding dress in Aus and had it altered in the UK, when going to pick it up (2 weeks before the wedding) it was unwearable as the alterations created issues with the lace material. I called Minster Bridal and explained the situation, they were so empathetic on the phone and had me come in the same day. From the moment I stepped into the store they were friendly and supportive, the best customer service out of any wedding dress shop I had been to before. They have such beautiful gowns and a huge range to choose from however I was more limited given the wedding was in 2 weeks. Despite this I found the perfect dress (one I liked even more than the first one). They contacted the designer and organised for a brand new dress to be shipped out in 4 days and then contacted seamstresses until they found someone who could fit me in. From start to finish everything they offer from customer service to gown selection is the best I ever experienced. Thank you for helping have the wedding of my dreams!
