The Fox Inn

I was passing the Fox and decided to pay a visit as it was around dinner time. Had an excellent Thai stir fry. Service was both fast and friendly, and the food was very reasonably priced. Would definitely go back.

Would of been 5 stars it wasn't for the lack of service. Food was fantastic although our order got mixed up once it finally arrived, the drinks took a long time to come and once gone we gave up on ordering more as the staff wasn't very attentive. We would go back though and hopefully get better service next time.

Not what it once was. Used to travel 35 minutes to come here as the honey roast duck was great. Sadly it falls short of what used to be served. Service is still good, but with the cost of living going up, I struggle to justify 20 (when prompted to add a 10% tip) for the honey roast duck. The rest of the menu didn't quite live up to expectations either. Just very overpriced for what they serve. I get that pubs are struggling to stay open, but guests are also struggling to eat out and expect that extra mile when they do.
