        This veterinary practise in Hockley, Tamworth, used to be very good, however and unfortunately over the last 12 months it's really your gone downhill, always a different vet, why don't vets stay their ? The girls on reception used to be really good, nice and caring, again they are no longer their. Why ? We was prescribed a medicine for our dog which didn't do what they said it would do, they did give us their version why, but when we popped back to explain, the girl on reception was rude, aggressive, and shouldn't be customer facing. Time to move on.

        Fantastic vets I have a very stressy staffie and they where lovely with him and did their best to keep him calm (which is impossible) I appreciate they took their time with him and came to his level which seems to reassure him
