        Shoe repair great price and a great bearded guy behind the counter who seemed to really engage with the customers. Great service very welcoming and did a great job of the shoes. Just what was needed would use again without hesitation. Great service great price great job done and great staff what more can you ask for.

        Wilnecote - Absolutely appalling, had to phone to chase up , took vehicle in , disconnected the battery, lost radio code , assistant quite short tempered . Eventually had Paulo from Lichfield branch who did a fantastic job and totally restored our faith! Chap from Wilnecote could do with customer service course !
