Fox Inn Tamworth

Lovely place, polite attentive staff and nice selection of drinks. Called in with the wife and parents on a ride out, never been before. It was spotlessly clean and had a large garden for when the weather is nice. The pub is pet friendly and your pet can have lunch with you and they do a range of meals for dogs.

Visited here last night. After arriving we were shown our table and after being seated for 5minutes we asked if we were ready to order, obviously 5 minutes wasnt really enough time for 5 people to decide what we were having. Another 5 minutes past and the waiter returned asking the same question, after telling him we were still undecided he pointed out that the table was booked for after us so we had limited time. We had booked the table in advance and had 2 hours. We were rushed at least 5 times whilst we were there even tho we hadnt got close to our 2 hour time slot. The food came out very fast and was very basic pub grub. I was sick after returning home and had a very nasty stomach ache after eating here. The rest of the party was fine tho but we did all order different dishes. Definitely wont be revisiting!
