Sharon has magic hands! She is a brilliant reflexology therapist and really listens to how I am feeling and what I need. I leave feeling fully relaxed and I always sleep better after my treatments too! Would highly recommend.

I have been attending reflexology treatments for about a year having moved into the area at the beginning of 2018 from Jersey, where I received regular treatments. Having searched the Internet, I found that "Complete Harmony" are local to where I live so it seemed sensible to try there first and now I would not go anywhere else. Being an advocate of alternative therapies and living a fairly busy existence I find these treatments absolutely ideal, providing a time for relaxation, contemplation and more than occasionally, drifting off to sleep. Working with Sharon has been a delight. I am always put at ease, not only by her competence and professionalism, but by her charm and easy manner. I leave treatments almost walking on air and always much better than when I arrived. If anyone I knew was looking for some reflexology treatment there would be no where else that I would recommend

Sharon makes you feel that every visit is special and tailors her approach every time. You leave her treatment room feeling chilled and ready to face the day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to anyone needing to unplug for an hour or so, she's one talented lady!

Following a difficult 2 years, I was feeling frazzled, stressed and anxious and I knew I needed to make some changes. Previously, having one-off treatments elsewhere, I had experienced a quick fix and then felt stressed again. My course of treatments with Sharon helped me to feel better for longer. My overthinking has reduced and Im more mindful about addressing my needs. Im now more relaxed and less frazzled, stressed and anxious, and Im dealing with stressful situations better. I had my first reiki treatment with Sharon last week and it honestly left me feeling so relaxed. Sharon is warm and welcoming and completely put me at ease! I left my treatment floating on cloud 9! :) I will look forward to enjoying many more treatments with Sharon in the future! :)
