Spoke with a chap by the name of Richard who came across as helpful and professional over the phone. Georgina on the other hand doesn't seem to understand that she needs to read candidate resumes more thoroughly instead of automatically rejecting people based on the first alphabet that grabs her short attention span. Another recruiter wasting precious candidates times. Another recruitment agency that will get automated once the bots come in and take over. Don't. Even. Bother.

Very bad agency Avoid! Avoid Avoid! Spoke to debbie very rude and unprofessional, didn't take into consideration what I was asking her was trying to explain I've got good customer service experience. She wouldn't put me forward for an opportunity based in Birmingham Which I've got the experience for.not happy she was very stubborn and out of order.
