They lie and say they will get diver to deliver sooner (phoned DHL to be told that cant alter drivers route & he will be with us at 1430-1530)
One slight problem with this delivery time we close at 14:00 on a Friday and customers courier arriving at 13:45-14:00
Fed up with this happening as not a first
HMG dont care just thing people need to be aware.
