Coton Green Post Office

Advertised as open until 8pm, only to find out nobody is trained on the out of hours post office till? If you cant offer a service that is advertised as open or if you cant be bothered to train staff on it as you should/meant to, dont offer or advertise it in the first place.

The manager of the post office is rude and unprofessional. The exact opposite of the staff in Co-op store itself.

Come to get a document renewed, arrived at counter with lady with her back to me, apparently I find out later this was the manager. I greet her. after a minute she turns around and serves me. I ask to get document renewed. I was told; 'dont do that here', you have to go to the 'main' postoffice. I asked where it was located; 'don't know, In Tamworth centre' was the response received. she said 'look it up online'. I mentioned that I didn't have anything on my that could search online, can you not look up the postoffice address for me. 'we aren't allowed to have phones on us' was the response. All in all, very unhelpful and rude.
