        Said I wasn't in for delivery even though I was. Booked redelivery for next available day. Watched them put letter through letter box. Still no parcel. Please ROYAL MAIL don't go down the same path as evri and Amazon!!!!!!!!

        Didnt bother telling anyone that theyd changed opening times, yes they left a sign on the gate but for someone who cant see properly with extremely bad eyesight that doesnt help. Ended up waiting an extra day day that was needed to pick up important diabetic medication

        My package was lost. They first said that it was sent to another PO so i went there and they didnt know anything. After I complained to both the Post Office and Very which sent it the office manager called back saying they found it and i should come pick it up. They didnt apologised or anything and am going tomorrow to see if they actually found it or not. The staff there is rude, they act like your a fly or something disturbing there peace.
