With This Ring Wedding Photography

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Andy and Chantal. From the initial meeting, to the pre wedding photo shoot and the actual wedding day, we were made to feel at ease and relaxed. The photos look amazing and we are so glad that we came across 'With this ring photography'. We have got wonderful photos and memories

After service needs big improvement - let down by inefficient working despite great service on the day

I was getting married in November of 2017 so this experience was over a year ago now but it has taken me this long to take my blinkers off & actually talk about how unhappy I was with our wedding photos, our budget started to get tight so I looked on Groupon to see if I could find a photographer & found this company, we rang them spoke to the person who has I think 30 years experience & has been to our wedding venue on over 10 occasions so we felt like we had hit the jack pot, we wanted to come over & meet with the photographer but he assured us it wasn't necessary & a phone call would be enough, so a week before the day my husband had an in-depth conversation with the photographer on the phone what we wanted what he would do & we were told that it would be him there on the day, so on the day a very young photographer turned up certainly not someone with 30 years experience we were expecting & as nice as she was I was so disappointed, i had to walk down a long flight of stairs a massive poignant part of the ceremony & the photos were taken so far away the significance was lost & pictures I was sent by a guest are so much better than I had from the photogrpher, she seemed very timid to orgainse the guests there was no confetti photo arranged, many members of my family we didn't have photos taken with, we were supposed to have photos in the hotel which was period house that never happened, i realised on the evening that there were people I had had no photos with or of all day that includes my maid of honour & had to organise to have those done but of course I didn't know everyone that hadn't & now have nothing of them being there except the large group photo, this also includes my one & only photo done with our 2 children with just us not a group, no photo of us next to the large love letters we had hired, i have no photos on the evening with my mom & step dad the same with my husband with his family, my dress has a long train & veil she took no photo of the back of my dress which was beautiful the only one I have is the one when I was trying it on at the bridal shop, i could just keep going on all of this shows lack of experience & confidence in asking & organising people in such a momentous day the bride & groom are way to busy to realise any of this until the day after or even weeks, we did send With this ring an e-mail about not receiving the service we expected but had no reply, any bride/groom's to be take my advise meet with your photographer & have in itenary of what you want done on the day.

Produced some beautiful photos at a very reasonable price. Very helpful throughout whole experience.
