        I requested some drawings to be printed, advised they would call before producing. No call, I therefore emailed to cancel the order to be told they had already been produced and had to be paid regardless. Procedures are in place to be followed. First and last time of using.

        Just had a small problem with my photocopier which I bought from Ace a number of years ago after being recommended to them by my son. I sent them a scan of the copy and they called me within 5 minutes of receipt and solved the problem on the telephone. Amazing!! I have needed toner carts from them in the past and their service is always spot on. I cannot recommend this company enough.
