If I could give no stars I would. Every time I have to collect a prescription there is an issue. I queued for 30 minutes and was then told that they had nothing for my husband despite him being told by them to come in yesterday to collect the prescription! I moved pharmacy to Alrewas a while back now and the service is much better so hes going to do the same.

What has happened to this pharmacy ? I have waited for over an hour the last two days, they text you to say prescription is ready, but oh no you still have to wait, same when one is sent from surgery, and now they have started asking whats it for? None of your business. Bring back Mrs Ashby, she knew how to run a pharmacy.

Absolute disgrace of a pharmacy, go literally anywhere else. They make you air out your exemptions when it comes to paying for prescriptions. So if you are exempt in anyway from paying for any prescriptions and would like to explain discreetly dont bother going here because theyll shout letting the entire lobby know, when asking you for your exemption belittling you in-front of everyone as you then have to tell them your private reasons for it. Thats not all, they are little to no help over the phone, and with them being next to a GP practice youd think they would be able to organise prescriptions from there quickly. Nope! They can take days if not weeks to organise your prescriptions. Not one staff member smiles, jokes or seems like they even want to be helping the public. Unfortunately I will never use this pharmacy again. After witnessing what happened to me happen to someone else in-front of me. Disgraceful!
