Paul and his wife Jane came round very promptly to deal with a wasps nest. They were charming, informative, honest, and efficient. Paul had a bad back that day, so it was Jane who climbed out and treated the nest, but it was clear that they are both experts in their field. They advised that the treatment would probably work quickly as it was only a small nest, but I should ring for a follow-up call if it was not effective. The treatment was a complete success and it was worth every penny, especially because their professionalism and kindness gave me peace of mind, which is so invaluable when dealing with any pest problem. I would definitely use them again.
