Vicky has been an amazing PT. Always fun and motivating- I really enjoyed my sessions with her. After having my second baby, she helped me feel more confident exercising again and I felt I progressed a lot in a short period of time. I recommend her highly!

I have been training with Vicky for just over 8 months and I have loved every second! I used to hate working out but I look forward to my sessions with Vicky as she makes it fun with her bubbly personality and no session is the same as she creates a new workout every time you go. She also sends lots of workouts for you to do at home or the gym and lots of recipes to keep you on track. I lost just over 2 stone with Vicky and now back to my pre pregnancy weight and much more toned and fit, Ive got my confidence back again and couldnt be happier. Thank you Vicky, not just a trainer a friend too. If you are thinking about training with Vicky do not hesitate itll be the best decision youll make.

Vicky is by far the best personal trainer I've been too. Not only do you get your own private gym, but you get a bubbly, supportive and knowledgeable person who will do everything she can to help. Including sending meal ideas and workouts between sessions. She pushes you just enough to keep you progressing without feeling overwhelmed and it's always a fun atmosphere. I can't rate her highly enough. Would recommend her to anyone!
