Thank you so much for fixing my glasses today, they needed a new screw, which I had lost. The lady kindly fixed them for me, and they was no charge. That's what I call brilliant customer service. Thank I happy customer.

Staff went above and beyond to make sure i was completely happy with my new glasses. Would definitely recommend.

Try another store they are always off sick at this one and they dont ring and let you know ,it then becomes a wasted journey.

Never again two pairs ordered one pair received second pair delivered to the store twice broken. As the TV advert says should of gone to specsavers
